The Professional University School of Italian Switzerland (SUPSI) recently organized a week-long interdisciplinary seminar, culminating with the presentation of the projects developed by the participating students.

In this initiative, the Maturi and Sampietro company played a significant role as support, making itself available to illustrate various processes to the students and explain some basic concepts to them.

This initiative was enriched by a guided tour of the company facilities, allowing participants to get to know the different processes in the workshop up close.

During the seminar, participants collaborated in working groups to develop and implement their own design projects. These projects were presented and evaluated by a jury on February 16th, with the recognition of two projects awarded ex aequo: one for the excellence in the execution and the possibility of producing the product, the other for the originality of the proposed idea.

Maturi e Sampietro is now committed to making resources, skills and professional experience available to support students in the prototyping phase of the awarded projects, thus consolidating the collaboration between the academic institution and the company.

We would like to express special recognition to the Interior Architecture teacher Giuliano Gavin responsible for organizing the seminar and the effective coordination of the activities carried out in collaboration with our team.
