On Thursday, 9 February 2023 at the Città dei mestieri in Bellinzona, the names of the winners of the SkillMatch Award 2023 were revealed following a round table discussion between the candidate companies.
The award went to four companies from the Insubric area, two from Italy and two from Switzerland.
The award was established with the aim of recognising companies that are particularly sensitive to the topic of training and to encourage learning and professional training in the Insubria region.
Maturi & Sampietro was awarded in the ‘Small/Medium Enterprise’ category for its excellent focus on vocational training.
Present to receive the award was our Director, Mr. Francisco Sampietro, who was able to illustrate our personnel training policies and the innovative solutions adopted in this area.
Employees represent the heritage of every company, both within small and large industrial realities. This important recognition further strengthens our ongoing commitment to the training project we have undertaken to support our employees.
